Who We Are

G&L Exteriors is an Oregon-based General Contractor with an office in Puyallup, Washington as well.  After many years in the construction industry, Greg Richards decided to start his own business, G&L Exteriors.  Originally the company performed small exterior siding and remediation projects.  With the success of these projects, the company grew to take on larger and more complex challenges. 

With continued growth, the company discovered a void in the design/build sector offering design/cost input from a contractor that actually self performs segments of the work.  Accurate and current costing information is a benefit to both architects and owners looking for cost effective solutions to their building needs. 

In addition to its expertise in siding, window and weather wrap means and methods, G&L chose, in 2009, to expand into commercial Design/Build and general construction in the public sector to fill this need.  As part of this challenge, G&L has teamed with SAK & Associates to expand into commercial construction.  The combined talents of each company offer a wealth of talent to succeed with any project we take on.  This is in addition to G&L’s core business of exterior systems.
